Offering therapy for men in Philadelphia and throughout Pennsylvania
Therapy For Men
Everyone can benefit from therapy. At Philadelphia Men’s Therapy, the goal is to support male-identified clients in addressing and navigating whatever challenges they bring to a session, such as stress, anxiety, explorations regarding identity, sexual challenges, relationship difficulties and life transitions. This is offered through a safe, judgement-free space to help you make meaningful change.
Jake Horowitz, LCSW
Meet Jake
I am a Philly-based therapist who started Philadelphia Men’s Therapy in an effort to fill a major gap in mental health offerings available specifically for men. I support male-identified folks in learning ways to navigate today’s challenges by helping them build effective coping skills, identifying and pursuing goals that give them meaning and purpose, and by offering a supportive and nonjudgmental space for understanding and growth.
