Therapy for men in Philadelphia and across Pennsylvania
Therapy For Men
A lot of men come to therapy feeling stuck — overwhelmed by stress, struggling in their relationships, or just sensing that something needs to change but not knowing where to start. At Philadelphia Men's Therapy, I work with men navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, sexuality, and relationship challenges. This is a judgment-free space to figure it out.
Meet Jake Horowitz, LCSW
I started Philadelphia Men's Therapy to fill a gap in mental health support focused on men. I work with male clients to build practical coping skills, pursue meaningful goals, and navigate whatever they're facing.
